About water heater leak repair and installation Austin

What we will not promise

Honesty beats over-promising. Here is what we will not do, on any job.

• Quote a final price without seeing the job. Every job gets a written quote after inspection, never a number pulled from a phone call.
• Promise an exact arrival time. We give you a window and keep you posted, but traffic and the job before yours are real.
• Diagnose without inspecting. A description over the phone is a starting point, not a diagnosis.
• Push a full tear-out when a repair will hold. If the repair is sound, we say so.
• Take work we are not equipped to do. If another trade is the right call, we say so on the first call and point you in the right direction.

Local shop vs national chain: what to ask

Size is not the deciding factor. These five questions tell you more than any ad.

• Who answers the phone, and who does the work?
• Do I get a written quote before work starts?
• Who handles the permit when one is required?
• What does the warranty cover, in writing?
• If something goes wrong after the job, who do I call?

Ask the same questions everywhere, and compare the answers.
